Configure them to high density. AC type PY in the front and Y in the back. That would reduce the CASM and not interfere with the mainline signature product issues. The overhead is already all there.

Put an extra row or 2 in economy, reduce the pitch by an inch or two, nobody will notice. No need to repaint them, or hiring new pilot.
There are 34 used SQ A330 circulating around, 12 ended up at AC, 1 got scrapped, 3 turned into freighter plus a few that got re-configured. There are still opportunities to snap up at lease another 10?
