My suggestion is based on the sole Flagship flight 77W MIA - LAX departing at 9:35am or thereabouts:

Given AA is going to allow paid(miles?) access to FFD, it would be nice if they gave a FFD access pass to use at a later date for those originally traveling on an FFD eligible route but FFD is not open while in the FL.

Ideally, to be used whenever flying ANY AA route that hits a FL with FFD. It costs nothing extra really...a delayed benefit....like waiting for March 1 to closing date LP's.
