That’s is about the only good, room wasn’t that clean, used mouthwash was left out for me when I checked in, internet and tv kept going out whenever it rained, CBS, PBS and Fox never worked (apparently hadn’t worked for the last 2 weeks). Seems to me that they don’t much care, they are getting the rooms filled for a very high price as Nashville is sort of the IT city now, don’t really see the attraction but I don’t like loud/country music. Couldn’t get late checkout, some of the staff (outside of the lounge) were downright rude.
I also still have not received my points 10 days after checking out. Would not stay here again
