Please can someone confirm the following assumptions that have of how card and voucher work. It is regular BA Amex.

- I have been issued with a companion voucher in February but my companion voucher year is reset in August. Does that mean than any spend from now until August will not contribute towards a new voucher? I assume not but still get the points. Any purchases after August to contribute towards a new voucher.

- From August I now need to spend £15,000 in a year to be issued with a new voucher. Unless reach £12,000 before November.

It is annoying as I need to make a large purchase next week but this not going to contribute towards a voucher.
