it’s always hard to answer those threads as there can never be a certainty of what is going to happen but whilst we can reassure people worried about weight or a 1cm excess in one dimension they will most likely be fine, unfortunately, I’d say this certainly isn’t guaranteed in your case and I’d personally aim to use a smaller carry on if you can.
