So what you're saying is that the airline is trying to closely monitor the weight? That is an admirable goal, and of course maybe they can maximize freight etc, but at the end of the day, all the baggage is going on the plane.
So I still don't understand why Qatar is making people check the luggage instead of carrying it on. It's all going on/in the same tube.
