If everything is on time, sure! However, if there are delays on your first flight, what's your risk tolerance if you miss that 2nd flight? Are you willing to pay a walk-up fare for another flight after if this happens?
If I was on 2 AA flights (separate tickets), would they rebook if the first flight was delayed?
