Had no time to analyze breakfast in the detail.
Will go Friday to IC Estoril and will post visuals.

IMHO, it is all the same as Nicolas has left it,
Special requests are still handled well by the kitchen chefs.
Ambiance is still calming and service well intentioned.
Riverside outdoor breakfast still possible but pending weather.
We had excellent warm sunny 18+ degrees last weekend and now it has dropped till 10 with gale...
