If your AAdvantage account is noted as being an AAdvantage cardholder then I would think it would carry over to AAdvantage Hotels. I can't imagine the AAH system doing any further checks than validating "yes/no" based on how your AA account is notated.
In any event you can easily just log in to AAH yourself and do a search, it will tell you in the search results if it thinks you're a cardholder or not.
