ATL-ICN 2 weeks ago, tried the Chilean Seabass again. Not nearly as good as the first time I had it going to LHR in February, but still light enough for that late of a departure. The pre-arrival cold noodles with kimchi sauce was excellent, however.
ICN-MSP last week had 2 of the best meals I've had on a plane ever; the smoked duck with jujube sauce and the spicy chicken with dumplings. Both very flavorful and well presented. ICN-MSP pre-arrival meal made up for it, however, with 2/3 of the options smothered in mushrooms which I can't do, and basically oatmeal. Blech.
