As for extra charges not sure how that could happen. Perhaps someone overheard their last name and room number then went to the spa providing that information?
Refusal = Front Desk saying that the charges would not be removed for Breakfast as the lounge was open. (But not serving breakfast).
It is as ridiculous as it sounds.
