The reservation actually says "Operated by Amelia International" (wasn't sure if wording was an important distinction of whether it uses AF rules/staff). The flight is AF7306.
It's a wet lease so the product will be fairly similar, same as ground experience, so the enforcement of cabin luggage size rules is the same as of AF.
