MX delay - AA offers compensation?
International flight MX overnight delay caused us to missed our theater tickets already purchased.
I have been going round and round with AA Customer Relations without any acknowledgment of compensation for our loss. Basically just “We hope you’ll give us the opportunity to provide you with a more positive experience in the future.”
Am I being too entitled for asking AA to make us whole? If not, any other better contact/options to send my follow up email?
