Not sure what “refused breakfast” means. For Globalists you just have them charge it to your room then when you go to check out you ask them to remove it since you’re a Globalist. So I can’t really see where the refusal part could even come in. Maybe the restaurant was at capacity?
As for extra charges not sure how that could happen. Perhaps someone overheard their last name and room number then went to the spa providing that information?
