The reservation actually says "Operated by Amelia International" (wasn't sure if wording was an important distinction of whether it uses AF rules/staff). The flight is AF7306.

The allowable hand baggage dimensions on the reservation state: 55x35x25cm / 21x13x9in (including pockets, wheels and handles). My bag's dimensions are: 22.7"x15.4"x9.6".
