Actually I don't really like fish unless it's sashimi. Since this is an ex-USA flight, the Asian choices will just not be my choice (if that makes sense). I do like steak though, I'll admit that
Steak usually is only overcooked if it's heated wrong in flight. I find CI and JL's FA doing okay in this department (and the beef to me are only okay if it's ex-USA or JPN) .
