Wondering the same. I asked The Club and they just told me once you see it in the app, its open.
I asked GRR recently but have not heard back yet. If I do I will update here.
I may pick up a refundable SWA ticket later this week to go peek in and see what is going on.
Once the lounge is open I will get in there ASAP and get pictures and details for everyone.
