which is in your list as COMN (commercial no) - is there anything more on this since COM should always be Y in my book?

I can’t find much more. It was due to be operated by a 777 but no aircraft was allocated. It now appears as BA227Z due out at 1445z and to be operated by G-VIIY with zero pax booked.
