I’d simply say this is a Globalist benefit, I am traveling abroad and would like it honored per the Terms and Conditions.
I called hyatt and hyatt said the hotel hung up on them and then finally got through to manager and after hyatt threatened him he agreed to 4pm meanwhile front desk was still telling me no. After I asked for manager he came out and said it was the first time being notified and I can stay until 4:30
