I have something similar but while I can log into Aer Lingus.com and see booked flights it says I am not an Aer Club member. I try log into that and it gives an error. I call Avios and they can see I am a member and give me my member number but the link to my Aer Lingus account and Avios / Aer Club membership is broken. I have tried setting up as a new Aer Club member but it says an account already exists no matter what email etc I use. Contacted Aer Club but their response is to reset the password which has been done several times. This has only happened since Avios rewards moved to Aer Lingus instead of Avios.com.
