Just re-affirm with Twitter that the subject to availability clause only applies to resorts, Hyatt Centric Mumbai is not a resort. Tell them they may need to check with their supervisor to confirm it from the Terms and Conditions. After it’s confirmed they’ll contact the hotel and handle it for you. Usually this is an MHC’s job to set everything up beforehand.
I told her that and she told me to talk to the hotel front desk myself! she already contacted the hotel and they told her due to high demand they can't honor it.
