OWE Flounges
KUL Golden WIng Flounge: Not impressive. Staff can't answer whether security was at gate (I know now), showers had a smell (I can get rid of it by flushing, but I shouldn't have had to). Actually Golden Wing Regoinal in the afternoon seems to be a better experience.
HKG Wing F: Tired. When there is downtime (pandemic), CX doesn't renovate it (probable capex control). When business is good (like now), it can't renovate it. Goto Pier F if time allows.
HKG Pier F: Decent. I definitely have an overseas lounge bias so always mark local lounges down, but if I am a transit pax rather than originating pax I would've thought more of Pier F.
LHR CX F: Good place to spend some time, waiting for CX late departures.
LAX QF F: I spend Juneteenth in there with another Flyertalker. Nice booze, food. No USPs like message or special furniture but very good to meet up with someone with.
SYD QF F: Very nice way to start a trip. The only disappointment is - no matter flying back to HKG or to the US, I always visit in the mornings. I feel I never get the most out of the lounge.
SIN QF F: I only got 5 minutes in there before closing time. I expect it will be much of the sameness with the two QF F lounges above. I'll try and spend more time next time there, but I've got no occasion to go again (and little inccentive to go out of my way to visit it)
NRT JL F: I think JAL Flounges are the achilles heel of the whole JL F experience. Nice facility, but weak food offering (I don't get the sushi - in local terms I don't know whether to rate the sushi as equivalent to Sushi Express or Genki). Booze isn't very strong either (well it can be understood as saving you for the sloshing you'll get with Salon/Juyondai/Mori Izo/Chichibu onboard).

Missed OWE Flounges:
MEL QF F (only been to J lounge)
HND JL F (never seem to fly out of HND, only fly in)
HEL AY F (upcoming)

F tix only lounges:
LHR CCR: Big letdown. Overhyped, weak breakfast offering (maybe I was expecting too much and was let down during breakfast). No showers (had to go back to Galleries J?) (has this been fixed?). Won't go out of my way for it.
IAD F dining: I get the idea, if 8 hour flight TPAC eastbound, eat and skip the first meal onboard (this is similar to overnight Asia-AU), and it did that. But again, no showers - I had to go to LH lounge with PP for that.
Safwa: Yes nice. I even splurged on the spa. Didn't get the resting room but took over a family room when the jet lag starting catching up. Food and booze wasn't very special though (maybe again like JL Flounge, again compared to onboard).

Really good J lonuges:
AA LAX and ORD Flagship Lounges: worth the detour. Nice places to viist.
QR SIN Premium Lounge: service, food and booze really comparable to Safwa. Very impressed. Too bad they kicked me out at 2am.
