The physical space of the hotel is excellent and the furnishings are very well done. Most AC's are pretty drab whereas this place has a bit of wow factor. Echoing others, breakfast was the weakest link. Nothing awful but sparse and not amazing quality. Coffee, for example, is a big bucket with "proper" stuff made to order but only if you ask nicely. Is a bean to cup machine too much to ask?

Parking in the NCP is £15 a night, get a ticket from reception when you check out.

No hesitation in staying here again, it's far nicer than the Doubletree for example.
