Yes

- Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive?
Beach Villa - no upgrade due to hotel being full with a wedding. Actually not disappointed as upgrade would have been to a hillside 1 bedroom villa and, for me, I prefer the beach access.

- How are the rooms?
Large and well appointed. Importantly, the outside area with each room has a pool, jacuzzi, sun loungers, day beds and dining table.

- What was good and what was bad?

Good:
Outside space of the villas was great for relaxing in the afternoon. Food overall was excellent in the Vietnamese and Thai restaurant, OK in the Mediterranean. You also have access to all of the facilities at the adjacent Angsana as well. Staff are excellent and each villa comes with a host who sorts out anything you want to book. Managers always around talking to guests and jumping in where needed.

Bad:
Nothing big enough to mention

- Did you get club lounge access? How was the lounge?
No lounge

- What about welcome drinks, welcome amenities or any other special perks?
Welcome drinks seemed good for most things in the bar. Fruit platter and some cakes/sweets in room.

- Value for $ or Vouchers? Would you return?
No doubt on the expensive side for Vietnam but I think worth the money. The complex overall has Angsana and Banyan tree along with a golf course. Would return.
