I personally don't usually do TA or Google reviews for hotels but I'd give them a 5 star for my stay and I'm guessing that it's usually more the complainers that post reviews than those who were just simply happy and moved on.

I read many of the 1 star reviews and there were quite a few similar ones regarding valet parking - we didn't have a car so would not be able to comment but some of the reviews were so similar that it makes me think that one person got annoyed and then got a bunch of their friends to post 1 star reviews for the same issue.

Also giving the hotel 1 star for not having a mini fridge and bringing one to your room (which they did for me and I had zero issue with it, on the contrary I appreciated it) or to complain about the price you paid when you know that up front, or that the bellman didn't want to leave the baggage trolley in the hallway by your room is inane and unreasonable in my book.

One of the only issues I agreed with that deserved 1 star is having 20+ people sitting around the lobby waiting for rooms to be ready when it's past check in time. That should not be happening.

Not that I'm trying to push you to stay here, but a lot of the negative reviews I would take with a grain of salt for now. If this keeps going for the next few months then maybe I'd agree that there are major issues and they should rebrand themselves as something else but for now I would still consider going back.
