Just stayed at the JW a couple of weeks ago. Location is good, lounge is decent (food is decent and the people who work there are all friendly). Gym was functional

That’s is about the only good, room wasn’t that clean, used mouthwash was left out for me when I checked in, internet and tv kept going out whenever it rained, CBS, PBS and Fox never worked (apparently hadn’t worked for the last 2 weeks). Seems to me that they don’t much care, they are getting the rooms filled for a very high price as Nashville is sort of the IT city now, don’t really see the attraction but I don’t like loud/country music. Couldn’t get late checkout, some of the staff (outside of the lounge) were downright rude.

I also still have not received my points 10 days after checking out. Would not stay here again
