Can you elaborate?

I'm booking for a property in Tokyo and was searching for a room for 3 persons. Some properties only allow 2 persons per room, some allow 3 persons in their "2 Double" rooms.

I was able to book a room on points at the Westin without problems. When I select a cash rate, a third person charge of 17250++ Yen is added per night, but not when I select a redemption.

Why do you think I will run into problems?
