1900 SGD seems to be the fare for E class R/T fare from SIN-YYZ. The restrictions for stopovers here state that stopovers are only permitted on the inbound leg. Therefore, you would have to book in W class for the outbound leg; still shouldn't come to be 7,000 SGD though. UNLIMITED PERMITTED ON THE INBOUND FARE COMPONENT AT
SGD 240.00 EACH
IN HKG INBOUND.
CHILD/INFANT DISCOUNTS APPLY.
A STOPOVER MAY NOT EXCEED 168 HOURS.
AND - UNLIMITED STOPOVERS PERMITTED IN EACH DIRECTION AT
SGD 200.00 EACH
NONE IN HKG
PERMITTED IN AREA 1/AREA 2/AREA 3.
CHILD/INFANT DISCOUNTS APPLY.
A STOPOVER MAY NOT EXCEED 168 HOURS.
