I always go for the Asian meal choices. So probably the cod for dīner and then the congee for breakfast, although when I had the congee last year in J, it was more than filling. Then again, I don't understand the Chinese way of having huge breakfasts, so may be a cultural thing (despite being of Chinese origin).
I don't ever go for steak for the usual reason that it's usually overcooked on airlines and hard. Plus, I don't eat US beef, and being ex-USA it'd likely be sourced from the US.
