But to answer your question: the most convenient way to make the EWR-JFK transfer -- especially with a checked bag -- is with a one-seat ride, using a taxi, car service, or Uber/Lyft. Planning on taking only nonstops. And I believe there are only nonstops to either EWR or JFK. The one-stops take up too much time in the day.
