how can I use orphan miles in Flying Blue?
I transferred miles from Chase to FB for an award flight that ended up pricing much lower once I called in for a stopover. So now I have 121K extra FB miles. I need some options to use them going forward b/c I think they expire eventually.

It's not the worst thing to go back to Paris/Amsterdam but I am looking for more creative ideas.

I am based at LAX - how can I use these miles going forward?
