My recent one-night stay here was very nice.
I arrived late. After booking the base room, I was upgraded to a top floor two queen mountain view. The room is very large and modern with a large, freestanding tub, large walk-in shower and double vanity. There was a glass decanter in the room and a note encouraging guests to fill it from the filtered water dispensers near the elevators. I didn't hear any external noise and slept very well.
Waiting in the room on arrival were four bottles of water, a box of Pringles, a jar of sweets and a packet of nuts, as well as a 700mL bottle of red and a typed, personalised welcome note from the GM welcoming me back. I thought that was phenomenal recognition given (a) no Hyatt property is required to provide a welcome gift these days and (b) it's 'just' a Hyatt Place.
Breakfast was average. It was more akin to a US Hyatt Place with quite a limited selection. Only eggs were made to order and just eggs, not omelettes. The scrambled eggs that were on the buffet were very unappealing. It was adequate but by no means anything to get excited about. There was no issue with breakfast being included as a Globalist.
