I am not familiar with German or EU consumer law but in the US if I had purchased points in the last month or so and then the airline had took them away I would file a chargeback with my credit card company.
Hi 36902BRF thanks for the reply. Guess chargeback won't work, but your point of consumer law gives another option. I can check more about it. btw, do you know if should check UK law or DE/EU law?
