I plugged the AA flight numbers into JAL's guest user search and entered the ticket number AA issued. After it found my itinerary, it then displayed the JAL PNR and flight numbers. I have the JAL flight numbers and PNRs but somehow when I plugged them in, it could not find my flight. Even using JAL's PNR, it kept saying no flight found. My JAL's website user experience is very frustrating.
