I have asked at several hotels if "you actually receive the tip"..all said yes, thank you for asking.


HOWEVER Dallas HR said rather hautily you know we dont get a tip if you dont do so on the bill. I asked at the front desk and they said that wasnt true. I usually write GLOBALIST on the bill, I presume I did so there also. except at the Carmel Valley ranch facility I absent mindedly wrote 'Diamond'....I was questioned about it and looked at him like he was daft... and walked away. 10 minutes later I came back and said, "did I really write Diamond on the bill..he said yes...then we both laughed.
