In general using gift card, no matter in US or out side of US, is quite of a challenge. Based on my discussions with multiple FDAs I know for a fact that in US almost all FDA should be able to do it since the option is right on the check out screen for payment. But most cases they don't know how to do it (and don't bother to learn) or the option is locked and requires manger to unlock (a password that only the manager has). Outside of US it's kind of tricky because this option is often locked and requires backend billing department to handle, even though the option remains on the check out screen as well.
