It isn't simply grayed out - it's just not there. Very, very confusing, and it wasted a lot of my time figuring this out.

This was on the the website - on the app, I think you can never use vouchers or credit.
Does anyone know
1. whether AIRPORT COUNTER purchase CAN be marked "refundable"?
2. What are conditions of "refundable" purchase anyway??
