If You Choose "Make It Refundable", You Can't Redeem a Voucher or Credit
FYI - If you choose to make your flight refundable, the "Redeem Voucher or Credit" option simply disappears.

It isn't simply grayed out - it's just not there. Very, very confusing, and it wasted a lot of my time figuring this out.

This was on the the website - on the app, I think you can never use vouchers or credit.
