This is likely - yet again - an issue with Imperva/Incapsula. It happens from time to time on Delta, Hertz, and others who use this garbage-crap-for-service.
Remember that phones (if you use an iPhone or Android) can use Apple or Google's VPN (Private Relay, ONE, etc.), hiding your IP.
Windows doesn't do that. And for some reason Windows VPN also doesn't help.
