I went through the new First Wing security and all went well until the shoe machine. I was made to take my shoes off and then had a lovely calf and ankle massage by the security staff while 2 more watched on. I asked them very friendly and politely what this new process was but they ignored my question despite asking it twice as I wasn’t sure if they heard me the first time when I got no response at all. So does anyone know what that’s all about?
