For a morning layover, I really don't care about booze. I'd mainly be looking for a robust breakfast offering, comfortable seating, and a sense of spaciousness. I might consider a shower as that would feel good after getting off an overnight flight.
The showers are in the A38 club. For spaciousness, head to the B/C club after your shower if you prefer not to stay in A38 (or can’t snag a window seat overlooking the terminal interior). The B/C club has the best views if you want to plane spot.
