Do you get the error that says that it can't find your Skymiles account?

I get that from time to time. Most often it occurs when I use the Opera browser. Microsoft Edge usually seems be pretty reliable and rarely has this problem. It does eventually resolve itself, but I haven't figured out what exactly the trigger is. I've tried several things, with varying degrees of success, to get workarounds while I wait on Delta to fix it.

My latest workaround seems to be doing ALL of the following:
1. Enable popups on delta.com
2. Disable adblocker for delta.com
3. Disable tracker blocker for delta.com
4. Delete stored logins for delta.com
5. Open up a console window before going to delta.com so that you can see the errors. The problem seems to be a javascript error(s) (shocker -- bad coding on delta.com? Who'da thunk?), so opening the console window allows you to see what's failing and perhaps give you insight in a way to fix/work around it. On Opera, the console window is activated by CTRL-SHIFT-J.
