SIN is a pretty good airport to not have lounge access in, lots of shops, seats, etc I also suspect that much of that 90 mins layover will be taken up by deplaning, walking to T4 transit stop, catching bus/train, security and then boarding 3K flight. The thick carpets are a PITA for rollers, luckily trollers are in good supply.
