We recently flew FRA to SYD return with VN in PE and mostly had a good experience but our flight SYD-HAN on A359 VN-A891 was a circus.

We originally had 15D,E,F,G + 14H,K.

14H would not recline.

15F the leg rest would not stay retracted.

10H,K were empty so the FAs offered those as alternatives.

10H would not lock in either upright nor recline. Sitting in it was unstable, it would just randomly recline before rebounding to upright.

Next bit of fun was the IFE.

10H the touchscreen was super buggy and would randomly register touches when none occurred.

14K touchscreen never worked, no matter how many local and central resets were attempted.

15D,E,F,G had no sound. Resets did not help, different headsets neither. Eventually we were offered tablets. However they have an extremely limited selection of movies/TV/audio, though some better games. They also kept constantly running out of battery and there was only a single charger available to us.

I was in 15D and at some point the lady in 14D turned around and said "I think your sound is coming out of my seat jack". Some testing proved that to be true. So at least 15D could watch something while plugged into 14D. The lady in 14D moved to 10A.
