Edit: the 3K flights don't seem to carry any BA codeshare numbers so no access at all. Could you check if you could stay a day in SIN and connect to CX712 SIN-BKK the day after? You get lounge access that way and you can book into J as well if you're in J!
I’ve sadly already booked my tickets!

I booked this all with BA directly. I’m on BA from LHR-SIN and then Jetstar to BKK (all part of one PNR with BA). It’s only a 1.5 hour layover so not the end of the world.
