Breakfast is limited to the lounge. And the happy hour from 5pm to 7:30pm is just miserable. I don't see why anyone would choose this place when the Renaissance has better harbour views, the Courtyard is usually half the price and both offer more to their loyal members.
Bottom rack liquor
What champagne?
Red wines
Limited hot offerings at happy hour like boiled cauliflower, fried noodles and fried chicken
The one benefit IMO of the JW over the Renaissance is that the beds at the JW are better, but yeah, the lounge situation is not anything to write home about. I’ll be returning to HK soon, and it might be telling that I’m not returning to either the JW nor the Renaissance. Now, the fantastic St. Regis - that’s a different story.
