It is the finalization of the IATA Northern Hemisphere Summer 2025 schedule that is still ongoing and this effects all SQ flights at the moment, not just SQ codeshares. Usually it'll sort itself by end April in or so when the finalized schedule is loaded. Just keep checking regularly as no one knows when exactly it will become available. It varies every year.
