Hi all, I have a VS itinerary, which is LHR => USA in Economy Light, and USA => LHR in Premium Economy, upgraded w/ miles and 320 pounds' copay. I received a 90-minute schedule change, which should enable me to... request alternative options. I was wondering what others' experiences with this have been:
- When I request changes, will the upgrade automatically carry over? Or I must pick only flights with upgrade/award space?
- Can I request a date change without a change fee? (Applicable to fare difference of course). Or only same-day alternative options w/o charge?
- If I include a Delta segment on my rebooking request, will that be any trouble? If I do, it would just be automatically booked into Economy?
- If I were to cancel and refund the booking, would I get the points and cash back from my Premium Economy to Upper Class upgrade?
