This happens quite often on the A330neo for the TPAC routes. Nearly all of my flights to/from HND had no internet or experienced severe internet issue. I fly DL and pay more because of supposedly more reliable WiFi. With DL advertise WiFi on everything and everywhere, this should be considered a service miss, especially for business travelers. Nowadays, I don't fly DL on these routes and if I do, I plan as if there will be no working internet.
