What are thoughts on the accuracy of the skyclub "busy" level on the Delta app?

I'm sitting in JFK, a-gates skyclub now. It's not too busy., no line, seats available. App shows it to be "extremely busy". I walked by the B-gates sky club about a half hour ago -- it has the longest line that I have ever seen for a skyclub. But, the app shows "very busy".

Is it's not accurate right now in JFK, but is it usually accurate?
